"Norma was very responsive and looked out for me when it came to negotiating! She was prompt to attending my appointment needs and explained every step of the way. I will be happy to use her again and refer her to others. I actually met her a couple of years ago at another home for sale. She kept in touch and that's why I used her as my agent. She went above and beyond with great customer service. Norma was prompt with every step oto the closing.For Example, when I was Traveling she would keep me updated with any docu sign or requirement. She helped me to do an expedited Escrow, which actually helped the seller accept the terms and even got me home warranty. I will pass on her card to others interested in buying or selling. She helped me to undersatand the home buying process and gave me ideas and facts about mobile home parks. She was good at negotiating the price , that I could afford. Normas knowlege of ESCrow and Mobile park Management entities helped me to select the particular home and park that I did."
